Our Philosophy
We believe that individualized instruction is vital to the growth and development of each student's musical abilities. By tailoring lessons to meet the unique needs and learning styles of each student, we are able to create a supportive and nurturing environment in which students can thrive. Our focus is always on putting the student first, recognizing and celebrating their individual, God-given gifts and talents.
Mrs. Tina Miranda, Instructor
Inspired by a lifelong love of music, Mrs. Tina began her teaching career her senior year of high school giving lessons to a group of students with special needs. She later graduated from Evangel University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in K-12 Music Education. After graduating, she taught in the classroom setting in both elementary and secondary schools until 2013.
During this time, she developed several elementary honor choirs, show choirs, directed musical productions, taught piano and guitar labs, beginning band, and served on a Department of Elementary and Secondary Education team to develop curriculum for the elementary classroom.
In 2016, she and her husband Kevin established His Way Broadway to help students pursue their God-given talents using a Biblically based approach. The performing arts academy is comprised primarily of homeschool students, meeting a need for musical theatre opportunities in the community. The program continues to flourish under God's hand today.
Although Mrs. Tina has a great passion for teaching music, if you ask her, she will tell you her greatest accomplishments are her two sons!
